Stunning cupcakes start from the inside, that's why all of ours have heavenly light and fluffy sponges. The Palace is a bespoke service based in Manchester since 2007. Your order is unique to you and whether you would like 12, 24 or 200 cupcakes we will always service your needs.

All cupcakes are individually handmade to a traditional recipe, including free range eggs and butter to give you the quality and sugariest high you expect!!. Our flour and sugar are also suitable for Vegetarians.

The cakes are then topped with the smoothest hand made butter creams, from the prettiest of pastels to acid brights and everything in between. They are then finally topped with sprinkles from childhood classics such as dolly mixtures and hundreds and thousands to more indulgent Belgian trufflles and origional hand iced designs.

You can pick from our menu; flavours  range from a classic French Vanilla with Chantilly cream to a more contemporary Jack Daniels soaked sponge with Coke flavoured frosting or have bespoke cakes made to your own brief. Anything is possible.... subject to imagination!

"Fulfilment" is a cartoon, painted ( mixed media on paper) for the most remarkable of all Klimt's murals. Klimt's architect colleague Josef Hoffman was given the oppurtunity to build and furnish the 40 room Palais Stoclet in Brussels. Many Viennese artists were involved but the piece de resistance was the dining room, for which Klimt designed three mosaics made of semi precious stones, enamels, mother of pearl, coral and other costly materials.
The 2 main mosaics were long friezes, including: Expectation, featuring a single female figure, but in Fulfilment, a couple embrased. In the cartoon for Fulfilmnt he used a variety of media to mimic the textures of the final work. Klimt remarked that the Stoclet Frieze was " probably the ultimate stage in my development of ornament" which almost completely covers the figures. The 3rd, small mosaic is the ultimate- a completely abstract panel.
